BRONZE:
A scavenger hunt, delivered on your participants' smart phones with the Scavenger Hunt Anywhere App and including the following:
Finding Information: A carefully-constructed list of trivia about the local area, challenging teams to work together and prioritize to collect the answers.
Taking Photos: A list of photo tasks requiring teams to exercise their creativity. Photos are made available to you after the hunt. Great for slide shows and company newsletters.
Visiting locations: Teams have to obtain proof that they visited various local tourist venues and landmarks.
More Details: The Bronze package is a self-facilitated program, however we provide the app and the content, so you don't have to write clues or design any element of the hunt. It is all done for you. What you are responsible for is: pre-hunt announcements, monitoring teams during hunt & assigning bonus points, presenting the results, downloading the photos. And if that sounds like too much to do, then check out our Silver & Gold packages.
SILVER:
Everything included in the BRONZE package PLUS:
One Event Leader: We provide a super-enthusiastic leader to guide your group through the activity and present the results.
Checkpoints: Teams check in with our leader during the hunt at various locations.
Custom features: This package allows for a few custom options such as collaborative (inter-team) tasks and the use of your logo within the app.
Our on-site leader takes care of everything so you don't have to, including:
- A pre-hunt briefing that builds excitement.
- Monitoring teams during hunt.
- Establishing checkpoints for the teams.
- Assigning bonus points to photos.
- Presenting the results.
- Monitoring teams during hunt.
GOLD:
Everything included in the BRONZE and SILVER packages PLUS:
An Event Team: We provide additional staff at your event, enabling more interaction with our team.
Checkpoint Activities: Teams are assigned additional checkpoints tasks like solving riddles.
Know Your Team: We know that your number one goal is for people to know each other better, so we provide our popular "Know Your Team" activity in which participants match facts to members of the group.
